Building Your Future Improvements

Academic Hall is officially vacant except for construction workers who have begun the renovations. The 105-year old building has been fenced off with abatement started.

Magill Hall renovations are also underway. Interior demolition and window replacement are in progress. The project includes replacing the HVAC system, improving energy efficiency and complete building renovations.

Work to convert the University’s coal power plant to natural gas is also underway. All four gas boilers have been put in place. The project is divided into three phases with a contract awarded on the final phase this spring.
